We have a rich tradition of providing best-in-class services for all types of events: bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, quinceañeras, corporate events. We even offer Micro Weddings and Elopement packages. If you have a something special to celebrate, we can make it happen.
You may have a picture in mind of exactly what you want for your event. Or maybe you’d prefer professional input, some fresh ideas. Either way, we love transforming visions into reality. Boho, modern, shabby chic, rustic, a touch of bling—we pride ourselves on listening to what you want.
We offer multi-tiered Open Bar Packages and Consumption Bar Packages for all our events. Our bar options include bartender, ice, and pristine glassware. Alcohol may only be served by a staff member, and all of our staff are TABC certified.
We do not offer a BYOB option.

Gather has an occupancy of 150 people for a seated dinner with a dance floor; we can accommodate 200 guests if just “mingling.”
Much of Gather‘s charm is due to its location. Downtown McKinney has one of the oldest, most lovingly preserved and largest historic districts in Texas. The downtown area draws people from all over the world to its nostalgic setting and its abundance of unique shops.
The downtown has art galleries; antique, gift, and home décor shops; apparel and accessory boutiques, as well as other specialty shops. Almost two dozen eateries in and around the historic downtown offer some of the best culinary experiences in North Texas, with many of them sourcing their ingredients from local farmers.

Pricing is based the type of event and the options that you choose. We are committed to being competitively priced and affordable to everyone who wants that special moment.

This night is full of fun, dancing, smiles, and energy that is hard to describe as anything other than magical. The team at Gather allows us to have this event as a way to engage with the community and give a social opportunity for individuals with disabilities. We are so thankful to know Darrell and Jill not only as amazing business owners, but as amazing neighbors always willing to lend a hand. Darrell helped us move the heaviest bookcases imaginable and still gives me a hug hello every time I see him. When I tell you this couple will give your their best- I mean it.
