Our Venue

Because of its vintage charm and superior services, Gather continues to win Best of Wedding Venue awards. But we’re not just about weddings. We have a rich tradition of providing best-in-class services for all types of events: bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, quinceañeras, corporate events. We even offer Micro Weddings and Elopement packages. If you have a something special to celebrate, we can make it happen.

CATERING

A successful event isn’t just about the ambience. Great food is a must! Here at Gather, you have the option for using our preferred caterer. We offer an amazing array of appetizers, meals, and desserts, all freshly cooked and served by our staff. Your guests will love every bite of our culinary artistry. Of course, you are welcome to bring in a caterer of your choice. Your outside caterer must be licensed and insured, and there is a $300 outside-catering fee.

LIBATIONS

We offer multi-tiered Open Bar Packages and Consumption Bar Packages for all our events. Our bar options include bartender, ice, and pristine glassware. Alcohol may only be served by a staff member, and all of our staff are TABC certified.

We do not offer a BYOB option.

PRICING

Pricing varies by event type and chosen options. We strive to be competitively priced and affordable. Teachers, veterans, military, and first responders receive a 10% discount. Please note this cannot be combined with any other offers.

REQUIREMENTS

To secure a date, we require:
• A signed contract and a 30% nonrefundable retainer to hold the date
• A completed Damage Form
• A security team (two minimum) if liquor is being served. No Security is required for events that just serve beer, wine, and champagne.

SEATING & OCCUPANCY

All event packages include 60″ round tables, black cross-back chairs, and white china with all necessary dinnerware.

Gather can accommodate up to 150 people for a seated dinner with a dance floor, or up to 200 guests for mingling events.

Prime Downtown Location

Much of Gather‘s charm is due to its location. Downtown McKinney has one of the oldest, most lovingly preserved and largest historic districts in Texas. The downtown area draws people from all over the world to its nostalgic setting and its abundance of unique shops.

The downtown has art galleries; antique, gift, and home décor shops; apparel and accessory boutiques, as well as other specialty shops. Almost two dozen eateries in and around the historic downtown offer some of the best culinary experiences in North Texas, with many of them sourcing their ingredients from local farmers.
