SMALLER WEDDING

We understand that it’s not always feasible to have a large wedding and reception, so we have come up with some options for our couples who still want more than a courthouse wedding. If you want an intimate wedding ceremony with your closest friends and family, we’d love to be your venue! This event, which is limited to 25 guests, is held on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, and includes the ceremony, cocktail hour, and cake cutting.

You are welcome to bring in a licensed and insured caterer of your choice. Note that there is a $300 outside-catering fee.

CATERING

A successful event isn’t just about the ambiance. Great food is a must! Your guests will love every bite, and it’s hassle-free.

Alternatively, you can bring in a licensed and insured caterer for a $300 outside-catering fee.

LIBATIONS

We offer multi-tiered Open Bar Packages and Consumption Bar Packages for all our events. Our bar options include bartender, ice, and pristine glassware. Alcohol may only be served by a staff member, and all of our staff are TABC certified.

We do not offer a BYOB option

SEATING

All event packages include:

  • 60″ round tables
  • black cross back chairs
  • white china and all necessary dinnerware

Gather has an occupancy of 150 people for a seated dinner with a dance floor; we can accommodate 200 guests if just “mingling.”

PRICING

Pricing is based the type of event and the options that you choose. We are committed to being competitively priced and affordable to everyone who wants that special moment.

We are pleased to offer a 10% discount to all teachers, veterans, military and first responders. We thank you for your service. Please note this cannot be combined with any other offers.

REQUIREMENTS

To secure a date, we require:

  • A signed contract and a 35% nonrefundable retainer to hold the date
  • A completed Damage Form
  • A security team (two minimum) if liquor is being served. No Security is required for events that just serve beer, wine, and champagne.
