Catering

A successful event isn’t just about the ambience. Great food is a must! Here at Gather, you have the option of using our five-star in-house catering. We offer an amazing array of appetizers, meals, and desserts, all freshly cooked and served by our staff. Your guests will love every bite of our culinary artistry. Best of all, it’s hassle free.

Of course, you are welcome to bring in a caterer of your choice. Your outside caterer must be licensed and insured, and there is a $300 outside-catering fee.

We offer multi-tiered Open Bar Packages and Consumption Bar Packages for all our events. Our bar options include bartender, ice, and pristine glassware. Alcohol may only be served by a staff member, and all of our staff are TABC certified.

We do not offer a BYOB option.

60″ round tables
black cross back chairs
white china and all necessary dinnerware

Gather has an occupancy of 150 people for a seated dinner with a dance floor; we can accommodate 200 guests if just “mingling.”

Pricing is based the type of event and the options that you choose. We are committed to being competitively priced and affordable to everyone who wants that special moment.

We are pleased to offer a 10% discount to all teachers, veterans, military and first responders. We thank you for your service. Please note this cannot be combined with any other offers.

Requirements

To secure a date, we require:

A signed contract and a 30% nonrefundable retainer to hold the date
A completed Damage Form
A security team (two minimum) if liquor is being served. No Security is required for events that just serve beer, wine, and champagne.
